Biography

Ahmed Ade Ibrahim (also referred to as Bldr. Ibrahim Ahmed Ade) is a dedicated construction professional, researcher, and academic based in Kaduna, Nigeria. He is a Lecturer I in the Department of Building at Kaduna State University (KASU), where he also serves as an editorial secretary for the KASU Environmental Science Journal.Academic and Professional BackgroundEducation: He holds a B.Tech in Building from the Federal University of Technology, Minna, and an M.Sc in Construction Management from Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria, where he is currently pursuing his Ph.D.Expertise: His research and professional interests focus on sustainable procurement, construction risk management, quality management, and premature building obsolescence.Publications: He has co-authored notable studies such as "Assessing Procurement Practitioners' Competencies for Public Sector Performance in Nigeria" and "Premature Building Obsolescence: Identifying and Prioritising Key Factors".Professional Affiliations: He is a corporate member of the Council of Registered Builders of Nigeria (CORBON), the Nigerian Institute of Building (NIOB), and currently serves as the Research and Development Secretary for the NIOB Kaduna State Chapter
