Rejoice D. Madaki

Madaki Rejoice Dorcas is a doctoral researcher, certified project management professional, and accredited interior designer whose work sits at the convergence of built environment practice and scholarly inquiry. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Project Management, where her research interrogates the governance, delivery frameworks, and performance outcomes of complex construction projects within the context of global sustainability imperatives.
Rejoice’s research is anchored in sustainable construction encompassing green building systems, net-zero project delivery, circular economy principles in the built environment, and the integration of climate responsive design into large scale infrastructure programs. Her scholarly inquiries extend across smart construction technologies, Building Information Modeling (BIM), resilient urban development, and value engineering within high performance building projects. She is particularly interested in how project management methodologies from agile and lean frameworks to hybrid delivery models can be strategically deployed to enhance efficiency, reduce environmental footprint, and drive socioeconomic value in construction projects across emerging and developed economies.
Beyond her academic pursuits, Rejoice holds professional certifications in both Project Management and Interior Design a rare dual expertise that affords her a uniquely integrative perspective on the built environment. She brings demonstrated competence in project planning, stakeholder coordination, spatial design, and the end to end lifecycle management of construction and interior fit-out projects.
